Here’s another of our stops off the beaten path. The truth is that we don’t even know how we came to Treviglio! We were looking for a quiet and safe place to spend the night on the outskirts of Milan and the choice was random, but lucky… The parking area is peaceful, free of charge and friendly and the city is well worth a stroll through the streets of downtown.
We arrive in the late afternoon and we find easily a place in the parking lot along with four other campers. The location is relatively close to the center [45.5314,9.60051] and it is sufficiently sheltered from the noise. The only peculiarity is that you can download, but there are no water taps to refuel or just to rinse the chemical toilet cassette. But, as I said, it is free, so you cannot complain too much about it.
The city is quiet and there is nothing special to say about it. It is part of the camper life: not all places are exciting but nevertheless well worth a visit! Sometimes it takes little to make you happy or to give you a very good impression… Treviglio is one of these places. Enjoy the pictures:)
