Started for fun by a small group of fans a few years ago, it has turned into a fixed weekly appointment. From early spring until the first winter cold, every Monday, on the road leading from Thission to Gazi (near the entrance of the archaeological site of the Keramikos), at about eleven o’clock in the evening tango enthusiasts begin to gather. A small generator provides the electricity for the sound system, a small stall sells sandwiches and drinks and the dances begin, usually up to last till late in the night.
