Bellinzona for us was a nice discovery. It is definitely not one of the most beautiful cities we visited, and yet we were captivated its peaceful atmosphere, its game of ancient and modern and the friendliness and hospitality of its people. If you are passing by, it is definitely worth a stop for at least a day.

Daphni Monastery
Finally reopened to the public after the damage caused by the earthquake of 1999, although only open two days a week and surrounded by the scaffolding of the restorers who are still working at full speed. Included in the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites, the Monastery of Daphni is located only 10 kilometers from Athens on the road to Corinth.
Delphi: the Center of the World
One of the most famous sites of antiquity, which continues to be a magnet for tens of thousands of visitors every year. The amphitheatrical position and the history accompanying it, make it one of the archaeological sites that can not and should not be missed.
