I’m not referring to the city of course but to the ferry trip from Greece. For about a year now, the ferry doesn’t dock in Tronchetto but in Fucina. What a pity! Anyway, we’ve got fresh information about the parking possibilities around the “new” Venice port, and a nice spot next to Patras, very convenient for late night arrival.

Ancient Corinth
With all that there is to see in the Peloponnese, few people stop to visit the archaeological site of ancient Corinth. Even us, who passed alongside hundreds of times, we had never gave it a chance… Not only it is worth to be seen, but it is also a great overnight stop for those who are going to or coming back from Athens.
Moni Filosofou
As we were in Dimitsana, we took the chance to visit another monastery, Moni Filosofou, which is actually two: a recent one, built in the mid-seventeenth century and an older one in complete ruin, dated 936. Also in this case, it is not easy to get there. The road is narrow and you have to walk a bit, but for the more adventurous is definitely a destination to consider.
